By creating an account or using the VARYXA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify registered users of material changes.
VARYXA provides tools to create digital product catalogs and facilitate WhatsApp-based sales. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you publish on your store. You must not use the platform for illegal products or services, spam, or any activity that violates applicable law.
As a seller, you are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, handling customer communications, managing returns, and ensuring your products comply with local regulations. VARYXA is a catalog and communication tool — we are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (product images, descriptions, store branding). By uploading content, you grant VARYXA a non-exclusive license to display and deliver that content through our platform. VARYXA's own brand assets, code, and design are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
VARYXA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data loss, or transactions between sellers and customers. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for non-payment of applicable fees. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where VARYXA operates.
